M-PsyC Education & Events

Psychedelic studies are a fertile ground for multidisciplinary education.

From molecular pharmacology, to systems neuroscience, to policy and social justice, M-PsyC is committed to creating broad engagement around education regarding psychedelic drugs and the psychedelic experience.

M-PsyC launched the first ever class at the University of Michigan on Psychedelic Neuroscience (NS704, Section 053) and recently held a symposium on psychedelic studies for 2022. There is also a journal club run through the Department of Psychiatry as well as the Psychedelic Neuroscience and Therapy seminar series in the Rackham Graduate School, directed by doctoral students involved in M-PsyC. We look forward to the participation of learners from all fields and career stages as we explore this important and multidimensional subject.
